When you call, email, submit our walkthrough request form or book a walkthrough, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company or building, work email, phone number, office size, the service you need and any message you include.
If you arrive from an online ad, we also record the campaign or ad click reference attached to the link (for example a Google Ads click ID) so we can tell which ads bring in requests.
We also collect usage data through analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics and Google Ads), including pages visited, device type, how you arrived on our site and actions such as tapping our phone number or submitting a form.
